We have already delivered over 65 units of our main patented Effi dosing machine to seven different countries. Tekma Ltd, Odden Verksted Co, Lekopa Ltd, A.S Hekotek, Passimo Ltd and Kujakon Ltd among others have used Effi in their own deliveries.
The newest Effi - Effi Economy - is a cost-effective option for places where only small pieces like boards and narrow planks are handled.
The common features of all Effi models are their efficiency and extremely small space requirements. The distributing speed can be up to 150 pieces/min distributing one width at a time and 120 pieces/min in case of mixed dimensions.
Effi is a completed unit, automated and test-driven in the machine workshop that can be installed in the place of the present machinery during a weekend. For example into Sweden, we have made this kind of deliveries more than 10 times.
The most common modification over the last years has been a feeder to the transporters. The usage for onepiecefeeding of slitter and moulder in the planning mill is a new target of usage. Although the device is very standardized, it will be customized according to the client's needs. The sharp tuning is carried out with a logic
and frequency converters. The device operates as a completely separate unit and is not connected to the conveyors in front or behind with chain- or belt gearing. This way the distributing speed can always be kept at its best possible speed even when the speed of the sorting lines is changed. The management costs of the device are non-existent.
To prove that we can say that in fifteen years we have not sold any spare parts. Due to the very simple operating principles, the device has no parts or joints that could be worn out. Every movement is made towards the moving direction of goods. There are no backward-and-forward movements, common to the traditional dosing machines, in the whole device.
